Same Medlock, New View🌺🌴

If you’ve picked up a Medlock recently, you may have noticed it looks a little different.

Our flagship Hazy IPA has a fresh new label, trading its original green, yellow, and white design for something warmer, brighter, and a little more transportive. But before we go any further, let’s make one thing clear: the beer itself has not changed.
Medlock is still the same smooth, low-bitterness Hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. It is still soft, tropical, citrusy, and easy to come back to. The only thing that changed is the world around it.

As we started thinking about the future of our year-round beers, we realized something: our core lineup was beginning to feel a little disconnected visually. Craft Light Lager, Birdie Putt, and Medlock each had their own personality, but the cans did not feel like they were all speaking the same language.
With Birdie Putt joining the lineup as a new year-round beer, it felt like the right time to take a step back and ask what we wanted our core cans to feel like moving forward. The word we kept coming back to was escapism.
Not escapism in a dramatic way. More like the feeling of cracking open a beer and being taken somewhere else for a minute. Somewhere warmer. Slower. A little more colorful. A little more removed from whatever the day had been asking of you.
Medlock became the starting point for that direction.
The new label leans into the beer’s tropical character with sun-washed colors, lush greenery, and a design that feels a little nostalgic without feeling stuck in the past. It is meant to feel current, but not trendy for the sake of being trendy. Familiar, but not flat. A can that looks as inviting as the beer tastes.
That is what made Medlock the right beer to lead the way. It has always been one of the beers people most associate with Six Bridges: reliable, approachable, flavorful, and easy to love. The old label served us well, but this refresh gives the beer a visual identity that better matches what it has become.
For now, think of this as the first clear look at where our year-round lineup is headed visually. Medlock and Birdie Putt are already speaking the same design language. Craft Light Lager will join them in that same world soon, giving our core beers a more unified identity while still letting each one keep its own personality.

Same recipe. Same hops. Same smooth, tropical Hazy IPA.
Just a new view.
